Job Description:

Specializes in client service and supporting the financial representative as they focus on building their practice and client relationships. The AFR also ensures the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office. This individual is a liaison between the network office and home office, as well as the financial representative and clients.

Responsibilities :

Investment Operations:

• Communicates directly with clients to ensure proper paperwork is done to open investment accounts while providing friendly and effective communication.
• Responsible for all investment operations – Including account opening, placing orders, and processing distributions.
• Series/Securities registration is preferred, not required.

Financial Planning and Insurance Operations:

• Build Financial Plans and other presentation materials for client meetings.
• Responsible for effective client communication for all insurance planning, collection of documentation, information, and paperwork.
• Assist client through the underwriting process.
• Manages underwriting workflow and follow-up.
• LAH-License preferred, not required.
