Job Responsibilities:

1. Local Cooperation Resource Expansion and Management

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with local North American brands, IPs, e-sports events, and content platforms (e.g., Twitch, IGN, GameSpot) to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with North American KOLs and content creators, including YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and TikTok influencers, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead the execution of cross-industry collaboration projects, public relations campaigns, and influencer marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and expand market influence across target audiences.

2. Platform Relationships and Resource Coordination

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with major North American platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Discord, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games, and others.
  • Secure platform support resources such as exposure opportunities, advertising placement recommendations, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics of promotional activities and continuously refine and optimize placement strategies based on data insights.

3. Market Analysis and Competitive Research

  • Gain in-depth understanding of North American gaming user behavior, cultural context, trending content, and consumption preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the marketing strategies, communications, and user feedback of key competitors in the North American market.
  • Deliver regular market analysis reports to inform and support the company’s global brand positioning and strategic updates.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams—including marketing, publishing, PR, and legal—to ensure seamless execution of brand promotion initiatives.
  • Oversee external resource coordination, manage timelines and deliverables, and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, International Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in brand marketing or business development targeting overseas markets; candidates with a background in the gaming industry are strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with major North American social and content platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Discord, etc.) and user engagement/distribution channels.
  • Proven experience in KOL partnerships, brand collaborations, and public relations campaigns.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Passionate about gaming, with a solid understanding of North American gamer behavior, culture, and media landscape.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong project management capabilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience studying, working, or living in the U.S. or Canada.
  • Direct involvement in large-scale North American game launches, brand events, or media/public relations campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the North American content creation ecosystem, including platforms like Twitch (LIVE ecosystem) and Reddit (community culture).
  • Preferred candidates will have cross-industry partnership resources in areas such as e-sports, anime, collectibles, trendy toys, fast food chains, or convenience store brands.
