What We’re Hiring For:
We’re looking for a hands-on CAD Designer to support the final phases of construction for a cutting-edge nuclear medical facility in Janesville, WI. This is an onsite role focused on:
🔹 Process piping
🔹 Electrical conduit layouts
🔹 Multi-discipline facility design
🔹 Highly regulated environments (think nuclear, pharma, or biotech)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Create & revise 3D facility layout designs (piping, HVAC, conduit)
✅ Interpret redlines, P&IDs, and engineering markups
✅ Conduct walkdowns & update documentation from the field
✅ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors
✅ Ensure compliance with B31.3 piping codes and internal design standards
Must-Haves:
✔️ 3+ years of CAD design experience in piping, MEP , or industrial facilities
✔️ Strong AutoCAD skills
✔️ Able to work independently — no handholding here
✔️ Willing and able to work 100% onsite in Janesville, WI
Nice-to-Haves:
🔸 AutoCAD Plant 3D and/or Revit experience
🔸 Familiarity with P&IDs, PFDs, and walkdown documentation
🔸 Experience in nuclear, pharma, or other regulated industries
