As a highly visible ambassador, the ideal candidate will be comfortable in public settings, confident in decision-making, and skilled at both listening and leading.

This leader will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen while empowering others to take ownership and perform at their best. They should be a proactive communicator, a confident change manager, and a thoughtful culture builder who fosters transparency, unity, and shared purpose.
