Seeking Full Time Closing Coordinator for a fast-paced office in Washington DC.

Day to Day Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls by the 2nd ring when possible
• Direct calls to appropriate individuals
• Greet clients as they arrive at the office for closings. Provide beverages and snacks, direct them to the conference room, and introduce the closer
• Assist the team as needed
• Make copies of ID’s
• Validate parking
• Print all closing packages
• Scan all closing packages in the correct format and send to the post-closing team
• Send original loan documents to the lender via FedEx
• Keep office neat, stocked, and ready for clients at all times
• Maintain schedule for closings in office
• Order all supplies
• Perform all necessary admin duties for office and company

Experience we are looking for:

• Time management and organizational skills
• Convey information clearly and concisely
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced office setting
• DC Notary Commission and Title License preferred but not required
• Experience preferred but not required
• Multitasking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to liaise with high-profile clients
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Ability to travel occasionally to other office locations
• Must be reliable and punctual
