Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish (NATIVE SPEAKING)) Leasing Agent to join our industrial real estate team. This role will focus on leasing small-bay industrial properties, supporting prospective and existing tenants throughout the leasing process, and ensuring strong tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales and customer service experience, and the ability to negotiate lease terms while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and lease small-bay industrial spaces to prospective tenants.
  • Conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and answer tenant questions in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, qualify prospects, and maintain an active leasing pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, letters of intent, and lease documents in coordination with property management and ownership.
  • Assist in developing and executing property marketing strategies, including signage, online listings, and broker outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and executed leases in company CRM or tracking systems.
  • Support tenants through the move-in and move-out process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business owners, brokers, and community partners.
  • Provide feedback to ownership on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – fluent in ( Spanish- Native) and English (written and verbal) required.
  • 3–5 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; prior commercial or industrial real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple prospects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or property management software a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Real estate license (or willingness to obtain) may be required depending on state regulations.
