Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duration - 6 months of contract role with high possibility of extension or conversion

Shift Timings -M-F 8AM-5PM CST (during training) and 7AM-7PM CST (after training) (subject to change)This is an onsite role

Candidate should be able to speak with guests and customers/dealers to build relationship

Should be able to think logically and provide help with different scenarios.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone or through chat platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups
• Strong customer service mindset
