• Operational Leadership-Direct and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and logistics. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly those pertinent to Mil-Aero, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
• Team Management-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Process Improvement-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to drive operational excellence.
• Quality Assurance-Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed customer and industry standards. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and maintain robust quality systems and procedures.
• Supply Chain Management-Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times to support production schedules.
• Customer Focus-Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure on-time delivery of products. Address and resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
