About the Job

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000/yr

Position: Family Law Attorney - HYBRID AVAILABLE (Norwalk, CA) 

We are seeking an attorney with a passion for family law. This job offers the opportunity to work full-time under the direct supervision of an attorney with decades of experience, providing in-office legal counsel to our valued clients. Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required. This position offers lots of flexibility with schedule. Part time is also accepted.

We are willing to train attorneys with no family law experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will:  

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents pertinent to family law matters. 
• Conduct thorough legal research and offer sound legal advice to clients navigating complex family law issues. 
• Advocate for clients in court with confidence and professionalism, exhibiting outstanding communication skills. 
• Lead a team of paralegals and support staff, fostering an environment of excellence and continuous professional development. 

Requirements:  

• Juris Doctor degree. 
• Active license to practice law in California, with a focus on family law. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
• Must be available to work in-office at our Norwalk location.

• Competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $$120,000 - $150,000/yr commensurate with experience.
