What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front — drive sales, gross, and volume in both new and used cars .
• Motivate and develop your managers and salespeople to consistently hit and exceed targets .
• Take charge of inventory, pricing, and marketing to maximize profitability.
• Build an elite culture that’s focused on customer experience, teamwork, and accountability .
• Monitor the key metrics that matter (closing %, PVR, sales efficiency, CSI) and execute strategies that win.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with ownership to grow the dealership’s market share and reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven GSM or GM with a track record of success in a high-volume dealership.
• Strong desking, F&I, and inventory management skills.
• A coach and motivator who knows how to hold people accountable while keeping them engaged.
• Digital retail and CRM savvy.
• Hungry, competitive, and driven to win.
