Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for process improvement, driving new initiatives. Develop and ensure processes are in line to achieve goals.

Strong employee relations, provide guidance and coaching. Developing and implement retention strategies. This position will also be responsible for recruiting and interview for more challenging roles.

recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. This will be a strategic role, collaborating with multiple managers, in multiple locations, working with 300 to 350 employees in multiple states.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
