Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join a well-respected and collaborative law firm specializing in commercial litigation . • 1-2 years of litigation experience , ideally with exposure to law and motion practice .
• A strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy .
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop skills under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• A proactive approach to professional growth and client service.

This firm, composed of four partners and a dedicated team of attorneys , represents small to mid-sized businesses in both plaintiff and defense matters . • Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 (DOE)
• Bonuses: Discretionary + 10% origination bonus
