Job Description

Position Title: Navision / Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator

Client: Leading Motorsports Organization

Overview: We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to support and enhance the Dynamics NAV Business Central ecosystem for a high-performance Motorsports client. This business-critical role involves designing, configuring, and extending ERP functionalities; coordinating updates and integrations; ensuring data accuracy; and providing essential user training and support to streamline and optimize core business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Management

  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics NAV / Business Central to meet evolving business needs
  • Coordinate and oversee releases, upgrades, and bug fixes with internal teams and external vendors
  • Conduct data gathering, preparation, and import processes for Business Central

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Document business requirements and functional specifications following Microsoft's Sure Step methodology (including GAP Fit analysis and Functional Requirements Documentation)
  • Evaluate reported issues and proactively develop practical solutions
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and reliability

User Support & Training

  • Provide hands-on end-user training and support across departments
  • Lead workshops and sessions to gather requirements and implement improvements

System Enhancements & Integration

  • Collaborate on enhancements across Office 365, SharePoint, and related Dynamics platforms
  • Support integration efforts with other business subsystems
  • Assist in data reporting initiatives using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Jet Reports

Module Expertise

  • Leverage knowledge across core financials, manufacturing, warehouse, project accounting, and fixed asset modules to support business functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP administration or similar role
  • Strong background in Dynamics NAV / Business Central ERP systems
  • Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and customizations
  • Familiarity with accounting and operations workflows preferred
  • Knowledge of business reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Jet Reports) desirable
  • Strong project management experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, planning, and multitasking abilities

Weekly Pay Rate Range: $1539 - $1827 DOE
