Nurse Manager – ICU/Medical/Surgical/Telemetry

• Location: Sanford, NC 27330
• Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
• Salary Range: $76,000 – $90,000

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee operations in the ICU, Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units at our Sanford, NC facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and driving departmental efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of ICU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry departments.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and patient safety measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience in a nurse manager or nursing leadership role
• Recent bedside patient care experience
