Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Clinic
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Your Role:
· Assess, diagnose, screen, and provide treatment for a variety of developmental needs
· Work with populations including Autism (ASD), ADHD, learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech and articulation disorders, and developmental delays
· Complete documentation in a timely manner (SOAP notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and re-evaluations)
· Implement evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming treatment approaches, including sensory-based and strengths-based strategies
· Collaborate with speech therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, psychologists, and other professionals for a whole-child approach
· Modify environments and activities to support skill development
· Provide education and support to parents and families
· Practice cultural responsiveness when treatment planning for diverse populations
Education & Experience:
· Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
· Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
· 1–3 years of pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
