Job Description

LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Miami, FL to hire a Legal Office Assistant. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone with at least 1 year of law firm experience who’s looking to build their administrative career in a legal setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys and staff with daily administrative tasks
  • Answer phones, handle mail, and maintain office supplies
  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Organize and manage paper and digital files
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm (required)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work onsite full-time
