We are looking for an Optical Transport Engineer- Alpharetta GA

Only W2 Candidates

No C2C candidates

What will you do as Optical Transport Engineer:

• Perform engineering for network augments including specs for install, turn-up, and vendor coordination.
• Issue transport service orders and develop related diagrams and cable running lists.
• Maintain and update central Network Inventory Database for new builds and decommissions.
• Ensure all work aligns with engineering, operational, and financial standards.

What will you bring to the table as Senior Optical Transport Engineer :

• 3- 5 years of Telecom experience
• 1–2 years in Ethernet Backhaul provisioning
• Familiarity with circuit and project management databases
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Project management background a plus
• Highly trainable with strong energy and initiative
