InTouch Labels & Packaging is a leader in the craft beer and spirits industry for custom label printing. We offer a wide range of printed label products for breweries and distilleries, including labels for cans, bottles, keg wraps, and custom printed keg collars. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time Order Entry Specialist to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills along with a passion for providing the best customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Efficiently input customer orders into our ordering system
• Ensure all information is correct and up-to-date before submission to production.
• Notifies all relevant team personnel of any rush or special orders with clear and fluid communication.
• Troubleshoot any order discrepancies or issues.
• Monitoring the progress of orders, from entry to shipment, and providing updates to customers
• Organize & maintain customer accounts

What you need to suceed:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong computer, phone and technology skills
• Must be professional, reliable and have a positive attitude
