Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one Part-Time Front Desk Attendan t to join our team as part of the Commercial Division. This position is located in downtown Harrisburg and situated in the main lobby of an 18-story office building. Rate: $15-18 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Registers visitors and grants access to the building
• Maintains a daily sign-in/out log.
• Monitors security controls panels, alarms, and related equipment to provide area and visitor surveillance.
• Performs security checks of common areas and ground level exterior doors.
• Maintains working knowledge of tenant locations, access routes, and admittance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Working smart phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
