Job Description

Apex Systems is currently hiring a Product Manager to join a growing client in Greenwood Village, CO.

Term: Contract through 2025 to start, strong potential to extend and/or convert to FTE

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week

Pay range: $65-75/hr

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to join a dynamic team focused on optimizing processes and enhancing service delivery for medium and large business clients in the telecommunications space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, understands video services, and enjoys solving operational challenges through product innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead initiatives that streamline sales-to-revenue workflows, define new service offerings, and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact solutions.
  • Identification and support of automation and process improvements to reduce sale to revenue cycle times.
  • Billing Account Clean-Up to resolve revenue and reporting anomalies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales support, field operations, construction, billing, legal, and product teams
  • Investigate and resolve product-related issues through detailed reporting and data analysis

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 5–10+ years of product management or product development experience (preferably with experience in cable/video or telecom)
  • Strong mix of product and project management experience, technical curiosity, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with cable/video technology and products and the systems that support them.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills for reporting and documentation
  • Experience with database reporting tools (Access, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy)
  • Understanding of billing systems (CSG, ICOMS) and Salesforce as a workflow tool would be a plus
  • Comfort working with teams in sales, order management, field ops, and construction
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects over extended timelines
