Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Production Supervisor to join their team. As one of the largest commercial food manufacturers on the East Coast commercial bakery on the East Coast they are undergoing an exciting transformation and are looking for individuals who share their commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and quality.
In this crucial role, you will help drive a positive culture change throughout their production process, ensuring the consistent creation of high-quality products. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 8 to 15 people.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on night shift . We offer a supportive environment where professional development and growth are encouraged.
