  • Purpose of the Team: Our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a part of that, we are seeking a Business Operations Program Manager to be the engine behind our team’s day-to-day operations. This role is an amazing opportunity to help Client’s engineering and research be successful in the Mountain View, CA and shape the experience of our employees.
  • Reporting directly to the Client’s Site Engineering Lead, the Business Operations Program Manager collaborates with local site teams, human resources, recruiting, finance, communications, corporate and legal affairs, and others to deliver programs

Key projects:

  • Engages the region’s ecosystems of employees, as well as customers and partners.
  • Positively impacts our engineering and research employee experience.
  • Encourages the sharing of best practices across the Engineering and GSMO organizations across the engineering site.
  • Our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that is willing to take on any challenges the day brings with a high level of customer service and professionalism—someone who cares deeply about creating a vibrant and inclusive work environment for all.

Top 4 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

  1. Minimum 7-9 years’ experience with Strong ability to partner with people outside of the group, particularly in cross-group collaborations.
  2. Minimum 8+ years’ experience with Excellent communication skills
  3. Minimum 7+ years’ experience with Microsoft suite tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  4. Minimum 7-9 years’ experience with Strong execution and organizational skills

Title: Program Manager

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid, 3 – 4 days onsite)

Pay range: $95 - $100/hour

Type: 6 Month Contract (with possibilities of extension)
