Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Compensation: $80,000-90,000/yr.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our product development department. This role involves overseeing projects from early ideation through successful execution, with responsibilities spanning team coordination, schedule tracking, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and excels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and scopes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Oversee documentation and lifecycle planning, including product roadmaps, phase-outs, sunsetting, and clinical evaluations.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Keep informed on industry trends that could impact project delivery or strategic direction.
  • Assist with vendor relations specific to the product development function.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify project risks, goals, and solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support general office logistics including supply management and coordination efforts.
  • Assist in department budgeting, tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Collaborate with fellow Project Managers on shared goals and priorities.
  • Travel as needed (up to 10%).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Background in engineering or supply chain is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Sprint methodologies is highly desirable.
