Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Collaborate: Partner with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Plan & Estimate: Develop accurate project estimates by analyzing materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Oversee Execution: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Problem-Solve: Proactively address challenges during pre-construction and build phases.
• Track & Document: Manage change orders, track progress, and support billing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of hands-on construction experience (horizontal projects preferred).
• Proven Project Management expertise and solid Estimating skills .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
• Stable work history and a valid driver’s license with clean record.
• A team player who’s organized, proactive, and communicates clearly.
