What You’ll Be Doing
• Your only job will be to find bartenders & waiters who have a positive attitude.
• We want to offer bartenders & waiters jobs to become leasing agents at our apartment complexes. They can work with us during the day full time and work nights/evenings as bartenders/waiters and easily clear $100k combined.
• You will visit bars and restaurants and identify candidates who could be good leasing agents and invite them to interview with our recruiting team. Every time we hire someone, we will give you a nice commission including your base salary!
