As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our team and own the full sales cycle.

Role Overview:

As a Full-Cycle SaaS Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and delivering tailored SaaS solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, social selling) and inbound leads.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and value-based conversations with potential clients.
  • Understand client pain points and propose tailored SaaS solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in a full-cycle role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft).
