📸 Social Media Content Creator – Part-Time

Location Required: Newhall, CA or nearby (Local capture is essential!)

Hours: ~10 hours/week (flexible)

🎯 Mission of the Role

We’re looking for a creative hustler—someone who lives and breathes content and knows how to tell a brand story through Instagram Reels, TikToks, and killer layouts. You’ll capture, create, and track content that spreads our mission of honest, elevated dental care in a way that makes people think, “Wait, did they just make a teeth cleaning look fun?”

🚀 Responsibilities

CAPTURE

Visit the office weekly to shoot content—photos, video, patient testimonials, BTS moments, and clinical beauty shots.

Capture authentic patient and team interactions (we make going to the dentist feel like going to a spa, and we want to show it).

CREATE & EDIT

Edit videos, add music, effects, captions, and keep up with trends (Reels, TikToks, Stories).

Design and plan cohesive content layouts using Canva or similar tools.

CURATE

Plan and schedule content using Later, Planoly, or Meta tools.

Organize content into brand buckets (Education, Storytelling, Culture).

Stay aligned with our messaging: prevention, comfort, honesty, and human connection.

ANALYZE & EVOLVE

Track likes, shares, comments, saves, and follower growth.

Present monthly reports with insights and ideas. You don’t just chase trends—you create results.

🧬 You’re the Right Fit If…

You live within 20 minutes of Newhall, CA (yes, this is required—we need someone local).

You’re a master of Instagram, TikTok, and Canva—bonus points if you can edit in CapCut or Premiere.

You know what works organically, but can speak paid strategy if needed.

You’re people-oriented—you know how to make patients feel relaxed and want to be on camera.

You love dental, wellness, beauty, or health-related storytelling (or you’re eager to learn).

You’re obsessed with content performance—not just likes, but real engagement and reach.

💸 Compensation

Hourly DOE + possible bonus based on growth KPIs.

Future opportunity to scale role or hours if desired.
