Job Title – IT Trainer V

Location – Austin, TX – Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Duration – 6+ Months (Possibility of extensions)

Pay - $55-56/hr. on w2

Core Focus:

• Drive change and adoption of Salesforce CRM across client's internal user base; Rest of the job will be training
• Act as an evangelist for CRM change by conducting training and promoting user adoption strategies.
• This is not a technical role —focus is on enablement, change management, and training.

Must Have:

• Worked with implementations of CRM (Salesforce) or HubSpot is fine (Consultant, Admin or Trainer) 3 yrs
• Training people , Good in communications
• Change Manager with Salesforce CRM implementations exp (change management is the important skills) 3 to 4 yrs
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate users at all organizational levels.
